Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Due to the nature of our products, opened or used items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the issue. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
